Administrative Assistant

Expanding professional business located in Lake Mary has an immediate need for a full-time Administrative Assistant.

In this roll, you will be responsible for accurately entering information into our Customer Relationship Management program, performing information searches, building reports, editing documents for grammar and assisting with general office duties. You must be confident, outgoing and self-motivated with a strong work ethic. You must also be a team-oriented person who is open minded, willing to learn and has the ability to function effectively in a fast-paced work environment. Desired Skills:

  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite with strong skills in Word and Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Internet and Social Media savvy
